Naeema Livingston is an experienced attorney and mediator, who has practiced exclusively in matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, maintenance, custody, and child support matters.  She practices family law in New York City, focusing on cases involving special needs children.  She has litigated complex matters in both New York State Supreme Courts and New York State Family Courts.

Ms. Livingston is passionate about alternative dispute resolution.  Having tried and settled family matters, she knows and seeks to minimize the devastating effects of contentious and drawn-out litigation.  She is a Part 146 Certified Mediator and has completed extensive mediation training with New York Peace Institute and The Center for Mediation & Training's  Supervised Practicum for Divorce Mediators in New York City.

Ms. Livingston served in the United States Marine Corps and is a decorated veteran.  She completed undergraduate studies at South Carolina State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.  Ms. Livingston later earned her Juris Doctor from Pace University School of Law.
